It might or might not be of any help to you, but as I recall the Winboard
program Skaki used TSCP as a starting point, maybe Tristram did too. But Skaki
has source available at it's homepage at:
http://home.att.net/~glazarou/skaki.htm  it's a good program, very new. His
source might be worth getting as a reference.
