Peter, this is not about the rights of minorities in the sense that you
interpreted it.  It is minorities who think differently and may still be New
Zealanders or Americans or Germans or Hungarians living in their own country...
Thus, as long as there is one single person who thinks differently one ought to
heed that person's opinion.  Just think about juries.  Eleven vs one, still
pondering... That one maverick may have it right, mayn't she/he?
