I do not agree that the game is over after 14.0-0

the game is over after 19...Kh8 when the right move is Qxh7 with unclear
position.
I prefer white but I am not sure if I am right and white cannot win easily after
20.Rxh7 Qxh7 21.Qh5+ Kg7 22.Qxg5+ Kf7
