Subject: Need help to open a file after download

I have downloaded a chess game file , FCD no 12 from Diaro Ajedrez and i am not
able to unzip it .It is always mark Cannot open file :it does not appear to be a
valid archive.What can i do now to open this file,any suggestions ? Thanks.
Note:I sent them an e-mail but never received an answer.
