Hello Peter,
I suspect it's a bug.  See my post below Bob's.  Chessbase claims to start with
a 2400 elo for all players, then do a TPR and then redo the rating.  I don't
understand how they can assume all players start as 2400 but when finished, all
players end up with less than 2400 rating??
