In fact, it was actually the subject of a poll question (you can see the results of all past polls from the polling pages). The concept was to have a short autobiography and then a photo. Of course, this was to be voluntary. The vote was sort of luke warm, and then we found 300 other projects that needed to be done here at ICD/Your Move so we let go of the idea. I personally like it, and I think it would be nice if new members could click on, for instance, Bob Hyatt's name, and see who he is and what he has done. We tend to forget that lots of members have not been hanging around for years and may not know who the programmers and other members are. Based upon Fernando's idea, I put up a little 1999 New Year's greeting with a picture of my family at http://www.icdchess.com/steve.jpg Despite the overwhelming ugliness of the group, it received positive feedback. - Steve (ICD/Your Move)
