If you go to ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/common/enormous/book.bin, you will
get the exact binary (ready-to-run) book I use on the servers.  This book
only has O-O-O there.  I can't say it is the greatest book around, but it
does seem to be providing reasonable positions most of the time.  If you
also download books.bin from the same place, you will be set up just like
I am on ICC.
