My guess would be around 2500-2550 FIDE, assuming the programs are running on
the fastest available single processor machines.

The reason you see so much disagreement on this issue is simple:  tactically,
the micros are 2900-3000, but at positional play they are still very weak -
perhaps not even 2200 strength.
