1)correction in this case it should show evaluation of draw if they can prove
that there is at most a draw.

If the contempt is -9999 they should show evaluation of draw if there is at
least a draw.

2)I know that with Genius3 the situation is even worse and
I can change the contempt factor of Genius3 only to 0.25x pawns when
x=-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3 and I think that more programs suffer from this bug.
