I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for but on the Rebel download page
you can download a Slav opening book (.rbm files) that are long algebraic, they
all only go about 25 moves deep.

Other than that I'm quite sure that Chessbase lite can probably sort games by
their openings, I don't think that it would do it when they're in pgn format,
you'd first need to convert the database into a Chessbase format and then I
think it can do the trick.

Oddly enough CBL as far as I know can't read the old cbf format so you'd need to
start with a pgn format & copy it to cbh to get an opening key.
