That's a tough question. For HIARCS 7.0 on both platforms,
it is easy - the G3 runs HIARCS 7.0 about 38% faster*, which is worth
28-33 points (if you believe the HIARCS author or the SSDF).

But I don't know how to compare HIARCS 7.32 vs. 7.0

HIARCS 7.01 (not available on the Mac) is said to be 2% faster than
HIARCS 7.0 - so that isn't much of a difference

Depends on the program - it works very well for HIARCS, but the Crafty
benchmarks weren't impressive. This might be changed a bit if someone
hand-coded the Crafty bitboard stuff for the G3, but no one seems to have.

HIARCS 7 benchmark - the LCTII test at 270 sec/position for positions
(all but 2) that I could get HIARCS to time.

HIARCS 7 - with 64Mb Hash (Mac) or 63Mb Hash (PC)

Machine CPU MHz CPU Nodes/second nps/MHz Configuration
===================================================================
Mac  Yosemite  400 MHz 750   53,413 nps   133.5  Sys 8.5.1, 128Mb RAM, G3
Pent II /400 400 MHz PII 38,347 nps 95.9 Win 98 "safe mode" (DOS)
