The game must count. Whether it was the hardware or the software it must count towards the total result against the GM's In my opinion this is the same as a GM who loses and says that he had an itchy bum all thought that game that made him play poorly. Whether the program or hardware, you offered the challenge and if something went wrong that is because of some error on your part in programming, research or preperation. Programs play poorly in some cases and sometimes plays strange moves. The software and hardware are all part of the package. Just like a GM. If an GM is sick and loses he cannot forget the loss, it counts. You hardware or software was sick. So the result must count. I am sure some will disagree, but I think take the error or stuff up on the chin and continue stronger.
