I doubt Mindscape will bring out another version of Chessmaster 7000, as far as
I know they have never done it with any other version. As a matter of fact most
games or programs never bring out another version of the same program unless it
is a better version. Microsoft does it with their operating system, but you have
to dish money out for it. And usually they advertise it as an upgrade to the
previous version.

So to translate in CM7000 terms, you can wait till the next version of
Chessmaster 7000 comes out. That will be Chessmaster 8000, since you will have
the same problem with you bug thing in the new release for CM8K, well you will
never own another version of chessmaster again :(

So if you want Chessmaster I suggest you buy it when it comes out and download
the patches when they are released cause nothing else is going to happen. There
will be only one release of CM7K.

Rebel and Fritz and Shredder are the same as far as I know, they only bring out
patches don't they ????
