Go up one level in this thread
Hi Ed: As much as I was one of those critics, I suppose my criticism played a rol on it and I congratulate, not for "my power", but because Rebel engine deserves something far better than even a revamped CP gui. I insist: when engines are awfully strong and horribly similar in strenght, the target should be the features, including a real pretty interface. At least of the level of current windows chess programs and ideally better. And the ideals of ideals: a tutor capable of a permanent surveillance of what you play but not only to say "that is not a good move, do you want to take back?" but to maybe indicate what kind of games of a databse shold be examined in order to see our mistakes. Too much to ask? Greetings Fernando
