I brought today my new Hiarcs 7.32 to try the "brute force" search of its engin. Tried few positions and felt me happy, but going to see the "forced mate" my game crushed badly. In was on Windows 98, AMD 400. Could never make it work after and I hate reinstall my entire system for this. I reinstalled few times only the game from the CD but it never work. After few initial moves it goes into the problem. Ha, yes, also it never wanted to save the position during my "brute force" trials. Do you have some idea what it may be? Could it be the strange trick of Windows 98 itself? Leonid.
