Subject: How to fit a large table out of Excel into the message text?

In order to inform the status of a tournament I should like to copy a table
either out of Fritz 5.32 directly or at least out of Excel into this space. Is
there any trick to do so. I am not satisfied with the experience I made up to
now.

For a hint I would be greatful.
