Unless you are an international master or a grandmaster, defeating hiarcs 7.32 at its highest strength should be very hard (and very unlikely). Make sure you have hiarcs set on highest playing strength. Sparring is a function that makes it try to match your strength of play so make sure sparring is not on when you want to play against hiarcs at maximum strength. Other ways to decrease its strength is playing in friend mode or handicap (which can be user defined - there are various options such as moron, drunk etc.) I hope this helps. Regards, Pall Sigurdsson
