Bringer is probably the strongest Chess program with it's own Windows interface.
 Comet has a Dos interface but on my machine it won't run in Windows at all, but
if you could test it, I'm sure that Comet's Dos interface plays a stronger game
than Bringer.

But I don't know of a stronger Windows Chess program with it's own interface
than Bringer.
