The problem is with Chessmaster.  When they first tried to implement PGN support
I informed them of numerous problems.  They told me "PGN is not a standard".
When I sent them the documentation of the PGN standard they changed their story
to "We'll see what we can do".  Maybe CM7000 will get it right, but I would not
count on it.
