Where can you get hold of extract? Is it possible to exclude pgns where the
players aren't rated or exclude pgns where the players are below 2200? I'm
trying to create a collection of games representing each ECO-code from '99 for
the purpose of creating a book. Going through each game by hand is somewhat
tedious :o)
