Extract has a lot of options.  I have one already ported for NT (not sure if
this one is or not -- originally for UNIX, I think).  EXTRACT has a lot of
options.  You will need to read the manual to find out if it will do exactly
what you want.  If you have the ELO in the header, I think it probably will do
it.
