Eugene, V good news that you are looking at this. I agree that a some dummy-run to check the viability of the code is a good idea. KNNKNN may be mainly draws but I guess it's symmetric and has two pieces the same on both sides: why not KRRKRR - more wins? I look forward to your KQQKQQ results. L.B.Stiller says maxdepth to conversion is 44 moves so, if he's right which we should assume, there's no need to track the 50m rule. Btw, is L.B.Stiller contactable by any chance?
