Ed, You may wish to indicate what happens in the case of a tie (i.e. two or more people come up with the EXACT same settings). First come, first served? Split the money? etc. And, it is customary to indicate that employees of ... are not elligible, etc. And, you may wish to indicate which test suites you will use for tactical, positional, endgame, etc. strength testing.
