Go up one level in this thread

Sorry Mark, it doesn't wash. You cannot weasle your own complaint in when you
are arguing against complaining. :) Nice try. ;)

Next I believe that is imposible to write most anything without risking

I agree. I do not understand why the moderators get some of the complaints that
we do. But, we have to handle them and Bruce handled it in a manner which did
not delete the thread (which a whole boatload of people always complain about)
and brought it out into the open for general discussion.

Once again, I agree. But, I also see their point of view. We all have to
co-exist here and although I do not always agree with some people's complaints,
I do think they have the right to complain, especially when they do it in an
appropriate way by Emailing the moderators.

I do not think people are always being petty when they complain about these
types of things Odell. Just like one person may react negatively to another
person calling their pet program a joke, one person may react negatively to a
phrase which they have never heard before and which on the surface, sounds like
an abusive action. I do not think it is necessarily petty to be concerned about
this type of thing. However, in this particular case, I personally would not
have worried about it. I considered it a basically tackless phrase (due to the
fact that I had never heard it before) and blew it off. If someone would not
have complained, we would not be having this discussion right now since the
moderators would not have considered it worthy of deletion or major discussion.

And it wasn't censored. It was just commented on due to us all having different
backgrounds. That's what open forums are all about. Communicating differences
and different ideas.
