I think that a better idea may be to play chess by email between tal and hiarcs. You can agree about time per move. If you believe that tal is better at long time controls then you can decide about long time(for example 20 minutes per move) and play some games by email in the same time. If one computer is faster than you can give the slower computer more time. I know that it is not the same as tournament because the sides cannot use permanant brain. Uri
