I would say hiarcs is not really that weak only because it has lost against
cstal. 2075 Elo looks a little TOO weak in my eyes. :-)))
Please understand that CSTal plays even better having 40/120 time control.
I know this is not to realize on-line. But we have to bring it into mind.
More time is good for cstal.
