Some programs have (in a certain time) such an advantage, such
a progress in regards to other
programs (hiarcs 1993, shredder 1999), that you don't need to test against
all. its good if you do. but there is no need.

if you guess you are always lucky. :-)
shredders advantage was very big. The same with hiarcs 1993.
I remember christophes chesstiger 11.2 having the same advantage
one day, so i tried to operate it in paderborn to show him that it is very very
strong. in the last round gandalf killed tiger for special reasons,
so tiger only was 3rd.
It happens from time to time that ONE program has an advantage. remember
how long richard lang dominated anything.

nobody knows 100%.
but you can be very very sure.
