I recently played a game where I had the possibility of 68 different moves in one position. I didn't actually count them but relied on a program analysis of the game afterwards that shows the number of moves per position. I am interested in knowing what is the most possible moves for one side in a position. Can someone figure this out or is it too difficult? As for me, I haven't a clue how to do it. Many thanks! Phil
