13.Kf2 is the new move in this variation (8...Qh4) invented by
Hans Berliner, the author of HITECH and world correspondence
chess champion.  If the move was any good it would probably
have been played by now, because another world CC champion Estrin
played the White side A LOT & wrote a monograph on it.

suggestion: get the book "mammoth book of the world's greatest
chess games" and read berliner's annotations.  it will help
you more than any computer could... although Nunn's Chess Openings claims a bust
of this line...
