I have played some matches between smaller dedicated units and Pocket Chess on the Palm Pilot. The Palm Pilot crushed the Opal Plus, but couldn't win a game against the Karpov GM so I estimate it's rating between 1600 and 1700. It's the ultimate pocket chess computer as long as you are not a very strong player. DAve
