One other continuation I forgot to mention:

47. Rh2+  Kc3
48. Rxb2  Kxb2
49. Kxd3  b5
50. Ke4   b4
51. Kf5   b3
52. Kxg6  Kc1
53. h8Q   b2
54. Qxb2+ Kxb2
55. Kf5

and white wins. Although black has some alternative moves (say at move 49), it
doesn't look like black will win since Garry does not need to play 47. Kf5.
