As far as I know, the actual Blitzin version doesn't support the usage of a
proxy for penetrating a firewall. In my company we have a SOCKS server and I use
SocksCap to socksfy programs like Blitzin.

So ask your network administrator, whether a SOCKS server is available or not.
If he is available, I can send you the URL for downloading the SocksCap program.
