In 40/2 hours games Hiarcs7.32 won Fritz5.32 22.5:17.5 in the ssdf games.
I do not think that hiarcs positional understanding is superior relative to
faster searchers.

I saw often positions that Hiarcs7.32 does not understand and Junior does
understand.
This is the reason that Hiarcs has problems against Junior.

I believe  that better positional understanding should be important at long time
controls because often there are quiet positions when there is no complicated
tactics and if you find the right moves in these position the tactics later is
only for you.
