Hello,
If you are using Winboard then your display is normal.  You will see a score
like +326.52 or something like that with the <EGTB>.  Bob can tell you how to
decipher that number into a "Mate in XX".  He posted it here but I forgot
already.  If you run WCrafty in a dos box you will see the display with the
score being "Mate in XX".  Or you can look at the log file after playing and it
will show the score/moves etc.  I do wish Crafty would show the "Mate in XX" in
Winboard.
