It's more like $90.  It's been a while since I've been to Germany, though, so
the rates aren't exact.

But, since Eugene posted the source code, etc., with no restrictions that I am
aware of, I doubt that selling CD's with the info generated on them would be
illegal.  Especially since they are selling output, not his code.
