Hello Alexander,
I'm curious as to where you get your information.  The main reason I ask is it
does not fit the "Bug".  If what you say is true then Nimzo would just be wrong
by a divisor of 2 all the time.  I have seen it announce mate in 3  on
consecutive moves but other times it gives the correct mate number.  I've also
seen it announce mate in 8 on one move and on the next move announce mate in 9.
