Subject: Rebel 10 question

I have downloaded all opening book updates. I get the following line.

1. e4 d5, 2. exd Nf6, 3. c4 c6, 4. dxc Qxd2???? this move it claims is from book
rebel.mvs.

I am not as familiar yet with rebel any help please.
