Hello Will,
Whenever I see moves like this attributed to Rebel I immediately know what the
problem is.  It's not the Rebel.mvs book.  It comes from setting the EOC to the
"Book" mode.  There are literally hundreds of these bogus moves in the EOC
waiting to jump out if you use the "Book" mode.  If you use "Strong" Rebel will
discard this move immediately but there is something wrong with either the EOC
or the code retreiving the moves.  Rebel company knows about the problem but has
been unable to fix it.
