Mine isn't 30% slower, it's maybe 10% >slower, but 10% slower isn't what I want from a new compiler. > >bruce If you're using the /Oa optimization, try doing without. Supposedly it doesn't do very well with VC6. A good combination of options is '/O2 /G6 /Gr /Ob2' (The /G6 is PPro-PII, /G5 would be Pentium). Jeremiah
