Hello Antonio,

I believe this question is answered by two papers in the International Computer
Chess Association Journal (ICCAJ). The first is called "Crafty Goes Deep" and
the second is called "DarkThought Goes Deep". I'm afraid I don't have the exact
references, but I think you can reach ICCA's site via the Computer Chess
Resource Centre, the link for which is at the top of the page.
