In another thread, I said something that was very badly worded.

Therefore, I would like to state:
I did not mean to imply that *you* {Walter} are ignorant -- only that you were
not operating from a complete factual basis. I can see how you could take this
the wrong way. Therefore, I apologize.
And, may I add, I am (at times) quoting Janis Ian in "At Seventeen":
'lacking in the social graces'
I still find it astonishing that I should have been selected as a moderator.
