The answer is simple:
There was a time my program was completely unknown, and a few people kindly
asked me by email if they could have a version to test it.
At that time I was very happy to have results on long time controls against the
top commercial programs (I never play long time controls games, and I did not
have these commercial programs).
These testers had to spend HOURS OF MANUAL TESTING in front of an ugly text mode
program, because Tiger did not support the Auto232 automatic playing system. Do
you realize what it means?
I have to say a million thanks to all of these testers. They are (if I forget

Additionnaly, in 1997 Frédéric Louguet played several matches against his
program Chess Wizard (and at that time Wizard was the best!).
The names of all these people are written in my source code! No joke.
Please be patient Robert. You will be able to buy the REBEL-TIGER very soon.
