It (the record holder version) is on a quad-processor Intel Xeon machine. Crafty is a multi-threaded chess program, and the only one in existance that is publicly available right now. I understand that others are working on this. It may be possible that multi-threaded Diep is available now (Vincent?). There is a multi-threaded Junior, but I am fairly sure that no one can get their hands on it or even play against it. On a single processor, Crafty is a formidable foe. I should be rather surprised if Crafty were not the top dog.
