in the above context there is no 'qualifier' needed.  ICC maintains a set of
records for highest-ever ratings.  just type 'help record' to see the highest-
ever rated computer or human.  And 'identical cpus' doesn't matter one iota on
ICC.  I run on the quad xeon all the time there.  It is a handful for any
program that doesn't use multiple cpus.  at any time control...  The 'help
record' high ratings don't care about hardware, software, etc.  Just about the
highest rating ever hit in a particular time category...  whether that is fair
or not is another issue altogether...
