I think Rebel has done surprisingly well. However, the critics will never be silenced. Who ever heard of silent critics? Given enough games for a mathematical basis we can make some definite statements. But just look at the funny things that happen during play. For instance, during the Hiarcs Junior match in SSDF recently, Junior started off with the upper hand. Many immediately lept to the conclusion that Hiarcs was an overrated bag of wayward electrons. Zip -- a big comeback. IOW, a few games do not tell us much of anything. Indeed, exactly how many games do we have at 40/2 where something was at stake?
