> Chess Tiger 11.8.2 - Rebel 10.0 5 - 1 If you're using autoplayer (auto232), you should be aware that Ed and others have noticed that under auto232 Rebel occasionally slows down to a crawl. To verify reliability, watch one or two games and NPS and compare to the stand alone Rebel. Also try reproducing (playing the two programs manually from a given position) the moves in at least some of the games Rebel played worst under autoplayer. I played using Chess Tiger option under Rebel 10c (not sure if that is the same algorithm or the same strength as the stand alone Tiger), and found it to play (subjectivly) weaker than Rebel 10b, even though Tiger showed deeper search (by 1-2 plies at 30 sec to 1 min per move).
