The Chess Tiger option in Rebel is NOT the stand alone Chess Tiger program. It
is an idea I gave to Ed to improve the selective search. Ed decided to include
it in Rebel, as a switchable option, and named it "Tiger system".

So basically switching it on gives you Rebel with a taste of Tiger selectivity.
It gives good results in average, but at this level it is always hard to be 100%
sure.
