Thanks for explanation. I am looking forward to play the real version of the Chess Tiger. The results of comp-comp play don't quite capture the perceived strength (strategic depth) of a program. Especially Fritz and CM6000, given their standing, were disappointing (compared to Hiarcs and Rebel; I still lose more than I win in any case, but with the Fritz, CM or Junior I tend to have a better, or at least fine, position when a tactical shot turns the fortunes).
