You can download Stiller thesis from ftp://ftp.cs.jhu.edu/pub/stiller/thesis/
(took me 2 minutes to find it using AltaVista). But I cannot use word "easy"
when I am talking about this text :-)... You can try to find earlier Stiller's
publications, where he explains his algorithm in a less formal way.
