Searcher, a private (hobby project) by Frank Phillips.
No affiliations.
Bitboards used in evaluation function where they simplify many otherwise complex
tasks.
Mixed approach of bitboards and offset arrays used in move generation, attack
detection and SEE.
Rotated bitboards not used - but I might start to use them when I understand
your paper.
(Weak/Medium strength program roughly on a par with GNUChess included with
WinBoard version 4.).
